This module focuses on the methodological perspective of change in the context of digital transformation. It builds on the findings and discussions of the leadership module and discusses the methods that support successful transformation initiatives. Moreover, three different companies and their approaches towards transformation are presented. The three perspectives cover the start-up and growing exponentially scenario, the digital business tied to an established corporation view and finally the transformation effort of a traditional, large corporation.
Goals of the module
- Give an introduction of change management as the partner of leadership
- Present influencing factors and a method to overcome linear thinking
- Present and discuss three different “real life” approaches towards business transformation
